Position Summary In your role as a PCS Operations Technician, you'll be a critical team member supporting Fab Engineering to maintain exhaust cleanliness. You'll be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance and breakdown recovery tasks on Pumps, Chillers, and Scrubbers that support unit part main equipment.

Role And Responsibilities

Perform routine PM activity on pump exhaust systems and perform qualification of equipment after maintenance.

Use Standard Operating Procedures to troubleshoot and repair seals found as leakers.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, unit part technicians and support group counterparts to ensure compliance to external and internal quality standards and to meet quality goals.

Conduct exhaust PM, perform Pump Changes, and troubleshoot chillers while navigating the political landscape to accomplish results.

Demonstrate effective collaboration with FAB Engineering to improve equipment metrics for the factory.

Participate in mechanical assembly and disassembly, daily documentation, and continuous improvement projects to improve equipment performance for all areas including bottleneck areas.

Contribute active participation in medium to large-scale projects that are cross-functional in nature and have visibility to company executives.

Conduct work routines that comply with rules & systems based operation best practices while ensuring SAS procedures are continuously evolving and current.

Uphold company policy and ground rules.

Maintain shift KPI. Drive continuous improvement activities on shift.

Coordinate activities between stakeholders including Engineers, Technicians, and Vendors to support maintaining effective part inventory, area cleanliness and material history for PCS Equipment.

Skills And Qualifications

Associates degree or higher preferred.

1 to 2 year minimum SAS semiconductor manufacturing experience can suffice as higher education.

Semiconductor experience with LPCD Diffusion 300mm batch furnace maintenance preferred.

2-5 years direct applicable semiconductor experience in High Volume Manufacturing Facilities ideal.

Demonstrates competency and willingness to follow SOP.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrates understanding of LEAN methodologies.

Maintain consumable parts conducting inventory and performing replenishment using SAS Systems.

Conduct borescope routines to determine source of clogging.

Conduct LL pump changes when priority dictates.

Support SAS Operations team for critical pump changes.

Conduct CPM using helium leak check.

Reliable and punctual attendance required.

Salary range: $21.00 - $60.40 per hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
