Scope of Work The role involves requesting, receiving, configuring, and distributing equipment, managing obsolescence, and stocking general medical‑surgical supplies across multiple healthcare settings.
Core Responsibilities
Request, receive, and distribute supplies to end users.
Troubleshoot supply issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas and equipment.
Perform periodic PAR level replenishment using established resupply procedures.
Act as frontline support for ordering, data entry, and payment activities.
Assist the Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
Allocate 70%+ of time to inventory and data support tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience with health ministries and system supply chain processes in specialty areas.
Ability to train colleagues and take on additional responsibilities.
Familiarity with all duties outlined in the Technician role.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to complete additional education, training, and competency tests.
Valid driver’s license, where required by assignment.
Additional Qualifications
Prior supply chain experience in healthcare, warehousing, or distribution environments.
