Responsibilities
Plan and implement supply chain management services for incoming stock and customer orders, including customs clearance, trucking, and distribution operations.
Monitor and analyze daily inbound and outbound shipments, costing of duties, and required resources, and prepare all related logistical reports.
Prepare precise commercial and export documentation for outgoing shipments as required by clients.
Apply light IT and coordinate logistics support networking; analyze supply chain arrangements in cargo movement and transportation.
Use web‑based CRM systems to monitor inventory flow and shipments.
Communicate with freight forwarders and trucking companies to coordinate in‑transit cargo and ensure on‑time delivery.
Collaborate with after‑sales service team to analyze customer feedback on quality, price, design, and related needs.
Ensure compliance with import regulations in countries such as the US, China, Korea, and Vietnam.
Oversee a light portion of daily warehouse operations.
Prepare reports and analysis on on‑time delivery rates, cost efficiency, and inventory management performance.
Negotiate carrier rates, analyze transportation options to select the most economical modes.
Monitor payment systems, ensuring accurate and timely customer remits; work with finance to resolve payment issues.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers covering pricing, quality, quantity, design, packaging.
Develop alternative suppliers within the market.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand consumer demands and product market needs.
