What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and providing operational support for SSPs and other inventory partners, ensuring partner health, bid quality, and long‑term growth

Evaluating and leading operational initiatives with inventory partners (such as multi‑format requests, efficiency standards, and quality controls) to unlock new opportunities

Overseeing and managing projects to improve inventory operations platform features and capabilities, and representing the team in cross‑functional initiatives

Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with inventory partners or projects

Identifying operational risks and opportunities for StackAdapt’s inventory offering

Supporting Core, Channel and Enterprise revenue teams as it relates to StackAdapt’s inventory solutions

Ad‑hoc campaign troubleshooting, media planning, and investigations as required

What You'll Bring to the Table

5+ years of digital advertising experience, ideally working at a DSP, SSP or publisher

Outstanding troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail

Strong technical knowledge and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders

Experience with oRTB, programmatic buying, header bidding, ad servers, and rich media, including comfort working with logs, reporting tools, and basic diagnostics

Track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross‑functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Revenue, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
