Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Launch Manager responsible for translating commercial strategy into actionable launch plans and driving cross‑functional execution across Sales, Marketing, and Gaming Operations. This role ensures our new products and initiatives are effectively positioned, well‑coordinated, and commercially successful in the market.
The position requires a strong balance of strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and execution discipline. The ideal candidate combines a structured approach to go‑to‑market delivery with the agility to adjust plans based on field and market feedback.
Responsibilities
Translate commercial roadmaps into detailed launch plans with timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to align product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market campaigns.
Lead prioritization of Spotlight (test) banks and Heavy Hitters lists in partnership with Gaming Operations.
Design and deliver sales enablement tools, including sales decks, competitive playbooks, and training modules.
Drive sales training initiatives across tradeshows, pre‑G2E events, and internal enablement sessions.
Establish structured feedback loops with Gaming Ops, Sales, and field teams to refine launch execution.
Collaborate with Strategy and Planning to align launch activities with broader commercial objectives.
Support post‑launch analysis and continuous improvement of go‑to‑market playbooks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in product commercialization, marketing strategy, or sales enablement within gaming or a related industry.
Proven success leading go‑to‑market initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent deadlines and evolving priorities.
Willingness to travel 20–30% for tradeshows, customer visits, and field enablement.

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $76,179 to $180,000 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
