We areseekinga highly strategic, customer-obsessedProduct Managerto join our growing team in Austin. We are building a talent pipeline of exceptional product leaders who will shape the future of our products andplatform. You will own the full lifecycle of product strategy and execution, from discovery and business case creation to delivery and postlaunch measurement. This role requires a unique blend ofcustomer empathy, business acumen, and technical curiosity. You will partner closely with customers, product owners, engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams to uncover unmet needs, design innovative solutions, and bring them to life. You will also be expected toleverageAI and machine learningto accelerate product discovery, improve delivery speed, and create dierentiatedvalue for our customers. Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Impact

Develop product strategies and roadmaps that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes. Buildrobust business casesfor new investments, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, competitive positioning, and risk assessment. Present product recommendations, roadmaps, and progress updates to executive leadership, articulating the "why" behind key decisions. Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, market opportunity, revenue potential, and strategic fit. Customer Discovery & Innovation

Engage directly with customers through interviews, workshops, and beta programs to uncover pain points andidentifyunmet market needs. Champion acustomer-first mindsetwhile balancing commercial priorities and technical feasibility. Drive continuous innovation - exploring new business models, technologies, and AI-driven capabilities to keepTogetherworkat the forefront of SaaS solutions. Leverage AI tools and workflows (e.g., for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, QA, analytics) to speed time-to-market and improve decision quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely withproduct ownersto translate strategy into actionable user stories andprioritizedbacklogs. Workhand-in-handwithengineering and delivery teamsto bring products from concept to code, ensuring clarity, quality, and velocity. Collaborate withUX and designto deliver beautiful, intuitive, and impactful user experiences. Coordinate withsales, marketing, and customer successto support go-to-market plans, product launches, and adoption strategies. Execution & Measurement

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization. Define and track KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives, iterating quickly based on market feedback and performance data. Managetradeos between speed, scope, and quality to ensure successful,highimpactreleases. Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation, failing fast, and scaling what works. Qualifications Experience

3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, nonprofit software, consumer mobile apps, or similar industries. Proven success building and launching products that deliver measurable business results. Experience working in complex, multi-productenvironments. Skills & Capabilities

Strong business and financial acumen - able to create investment cases, forecast ROI, and prioritize based on impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders. Deep customer empathy anda track recordof translating customer insights into successful products. Hands-on experience working with delivery teams, including product owners, engineers, and designers based on Agile methodologies . Comfortable with AI and automation tools, and eager to apply them across the product lifecycle. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Mindset
