This role is focused on Receiving Inspection within the Quality Assurance team. The QA Specialist I will inspect raw materials using hand tools and larger measurement equipment to ensure compliance with documented procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections and testing per documented procedures.
Record inspection and test data as instructed.
Operate test and measurement equipment according to procedures.
Document non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review system.
Participate in GR&R studies as directed.
Collect data for First Article inspections.
Perform special inspection assignments as needed.
Maintain positive and cooperative communication with all levels of staff, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Support company initiatives related to QMS, EMS, and other regulatory requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience Required 1-2 years of experience in a quality or inspection-related role.

Preferred Experience
Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with GR&R studies and First Article inspections

Education High School diploma required/GED (Preferred). Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
