Position Summary The Logistics Manager – North America is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations and integrating the North American logistics organization into the global logistics framework. This role focuses on 3PL management, transportation optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Functional & Managerial Responsibilities
Lead integration of North American Logistics into Global Logistics (organization, processes, systems).
Manage 3PL providers including transitions, budgets, VAS, customer compliance, and chargebacks.
Drive and track RNA operational excellence projects (CIP) and cross‑functional initiatives to reduce marginal distribution costs.
Benchmark 3PL performance using KPIs, process transparency, and value‑stream mapping.
Oversee transportation initiatives, including Export CA & MX and optimization of “prepaid” vs. “collect”.
Develop and maintain local daily management processes.
Lead chargeback prevention and resolution activities.
Lead and support logistics and supply chain projects as needed (e.g., change physical inventory process to cycle count).

Competency Levels Logistics & Supply Chain Expertise:
Advanced – Deep understanding of 3PL, transportation, Export and O2C processes.

Advanced – Demonstrated success leading Lean/CIP initiatives.
Financial Acumen:
Intermediate to Advanced – Budgeting, cost control, and ROI focus.
Stakeholder Management:
Advanced – Strong cross‑functional and global collaboration skills.
Change Management:
Advanced – Experience leading organizational and process change.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong 3PL management and transportation optimization experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
