Overview The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting New Homes Project Managers with individual project fulfillment from job release to interconnection and service transfer to the homebuyer.

Responsibilities

Obtain individual job releases from the builders and initiate Sunrun execution

Gather, process, and produce documentation per agreement with home builder

Monitor individual job flow and ensure execution of all jobs within the assigned builder communities; identify and immediately tackle issues preventing proper and timely execution

Manage individual projects in CRM and builder software platform from lead creation through interconnection under final homebuyer

Communicate tasks to internal workgroups and ensure completion in a timely manner

Maintain project tracking tools for New Homes team

Interdepartmental communication and coordination

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 1 - 3 years of previous project coordination experience

Solar and/or production building experience preferred

Demonstrated customer service skills

Strong verbal and written skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Detail‑oriented and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment

Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and internet use, Oracle experience a plus

Strong work ethic

Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization

Physical Demands

Ability to perform normal office duties

Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work

Ability to interact and participate in meetings

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity: $18.29 to $24.39
