Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Data Analyst with strong Power BI development expertise to design, build, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports that drive actionable insights across customer experience, sales, and retention initiatives. This role combines advanced data analysis with BI development, enabling leadership to understand performance trends and customer sentiment through compelling visualizations.
Key Responsibilities Data Management & Integration
Collect, validate, and integrate data from CRM (Salesforce), ERP, VOC platforms, and customer feedback systems.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across all reporting platforms.
Develop robust data models and relationships within Power BI for efficient reporting.
Power BI Development & Visualization
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, leveraging advanced features such as:
DAX calculations for KPIs (e.g., churn, retention, revenue growth).
Row-level security for role‑based access.
Custom visuals and drill‑through functionality for deep analysis.
Optimize Power BI performance through query folding, incremental refresh, and efficient data modeling.
Automate recurring reports and implement scheduled refreshes for real‑time insights.
Analysis & Insights
Perform advanced analytics, including churn forecasting, cohort analysis, and customer lifetime value (CLV) modeling.
Identify patterns, root causes, and correlations between operational performance (SLA adherence, service delivery) and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS).
Deliver executive‑ready storytelling that explains both what is happening and why through integrated data and customer insights.
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and VOC leadership to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
Translate business questions into actionable data solutions and recommendations.
Present findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Requirements Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in data analysis and BI development.
Expert‑level Power BI skills, 4+ years building Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer feedback platforms.
Preferred
Experience with Tableau or Looker.
Familiarity with churn forecasting and predictive analytics.
Knowledge of real estate or financial services industry.
