Project Manager – TAFT / Master Gunner Training Course (MGTC) and Artillery Officer Basic Training Course (AOBTC) Programs
Lead the Training and Advisory Field Team (TAFT), the Master Gunner Training Course (MGTC) and the Artillery Officer Basic Training Course (AOBTC) programs. Act as the single point of contact for contract activities, manage personnel, coordinate operations, and ensure program objectives are met.
Responsibilities Serve as authorized representative for daily operations. Manage recruitment, retention, and personnel replacement. Oversee MGTC and AOBTC course planning, scheduling, and evaluations. Liaise with SAT Manager/COR, U.S., and partner military leadership. Provide emergency contact outside normal duty hours.
Requirements 10+ years program management and supervisory experience in operational military environments (armor or Master Gunner programs preferred). Experience coordinating teams in Iraq or similar operational environments. Familiarity with Iraqi MoD, CENTCOM, U.S. Embassy Iraq, and security cooperation offices. Combat service in Iraq highly desired.
Work Schedule 07:30 – 16:30 EST, Sunday–Thursday (additional days if required)
