Eliot is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our Brain Injury program which provides high-quality, innovative programming to adults with brain injuries to enhance their lives, develop personal skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships.

As a Support Specialist, you will offer an array of restorative skill building activities and support to rebuild communication proficiency, social & behavioral skills, self help abilities, and management of daily life activities.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to individuals with medical, physical, cognitive, and socioemotional needs in completing daily activities, including personal care, meal prep, cleaning, and leisure

Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed, promoting independence and personal growth

Administer medications in accordance with MAP regulations and report any significant health, behavioral, or psychiatric concerns

Perform routine housekeeping tasks and report all maintenance or safety issues to ensure a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma

Experience working with adults with cognitive, behavioral, or developmental issues.

Valid Massachusetts Drivers License

Schedules

Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-3pm (40 hours)

Sunday-Wednesday, 3pm-11pm (32 hours)

Sunday and Monday, 7am-3pm (16 hours)

Sunday and Monday, 3pm-11pm (16 hours)

Sunday-Monday, Friday-Saturday, 7am-3pm (32 hours)

Hourly Rate: $20.50 USD - $20.50 USD
