Job Title: Project Coordinator A leading brand agency is seeking two highly organized and proactive project coordinators to support our growing Project Management team. Reporting directly to the

Director of Project Management , the Project Coordinator will play a key role in helping deliver flawless work across packaging, brand architecture, research/insights, and integrated campaign/media projects.

teams to ensure projects move efficiently from kickoff through delivery.

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Workflow Support

Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project workflow, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.

Maintain and update project plans, status trackers, and documentation across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Support internal teams in organizing briefing materials, assets, research findings, and strategic inputs.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with Client Services, Resource, and Strategy teams to enable smooth communication and alignment.

Coordinate internal reviews, meetings, and presentations; prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.

Liaise with creative and production teams to ensure project needs, timelines, and next steps are clear.

Packaging & Brand Project Support

Assist with the execution of packaging and brand architecture projects, including organizing design rounds, routing feedback, and tracking client approvals.

Support research/insights initiatives by coordinating fieldwork timelines, stimulus preparation, and internal distribution of findings.

Operational Efficiency & Quality Control

Ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations and are routed to the correct stakeholders.

Monitor milestones, flag risks or delays, and assist in problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Help maintain internal systems, project management tools, and document libraries.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or production—preferably within branding, design, marketing, or agency environments.

Familiarity with packaging, brand strategy, or integrated marketing workflows is a plus.

Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.

Comfortable working with cross‑disciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike) and basic office software.

Salary $60,000-$85,000
