Job Title Quality Assurance Analyst
The Quality Assurance Analyst is tasked with auditing production and sanitation practices and procedures within the plant. This role involves collecting chemical, microbiological, and environmental samples, examining packaging, and monitoring operating practices to ensure compliance with company and USDA standards. The analyst also performs product checks to ensure specifications are met, issues reports, and manages quality assurance processes.

Collect chemical, microbiological, and environmental samples.
Examine packaging and monitor operating practices for compliance with company and USDA standards.
Perform product checks to ensure specifications are met.
Issue reports related to quality assurance.
Manage the placement and release of quality assurance processes.
Essential Skills
6+ months of experience in a GMP environment.
Familiarity with HACCP and USDA regulations.
Work Environment The position operates during the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, within an office and laboratory environment.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Atkinson, WI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43,680.00 - $45,760.00/yr.
