We are seeking an experienced and driven
Project Executive
to provide strategic oversight and leadership across multiple large-scale construction projects. As a senior member of our operations team, the Project Executive will play a key role in client relationship management, project delivery excellence, team development, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level oversight of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Support project teams in developing budgets, schedules, work plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Review and approve major project decisions, change orders, subcontractor selections, and buyout strategies
Serve as the primary senior point of contact for clients, owners, architects, and key partners
Ensure client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships that support repeat business
Lead project presentations, proposals, and progress meetings as needed
Mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and emerging leaders to support career development
Help build high-performing project teams and contribute to strategic staffing decisions
Support training initiatives, performance evaluations, and succession planning
Qualifications
15+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven success overseeing multiple large-scale or complex projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, risk management, and construction operations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to lead and mentor large, multi-disciplinary teams
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
