Must be able to commute to office 2x weekly. Hours : Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm ET or 11am-8pm ET. Hiring for both shifts. What You Will Do
In utilizing our CRM, work daily support tickets and provide accurate documentation for customers. Work in the team’s phone queue to assist customers. Maintain attention to detail, speed, and effective communication in day-to-day activities as a Solution Support Specialist. What We Offer

2 years of experience working in technical or product support. Previous experience in working with CRM software tools. Pay and Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $19.95/hr – $28.35/hr. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and location. Specific offer depends on experience, education, skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed annually.
