Job Title Sr Software Quality Specialist for Intelligrated Systems, LLC in Alpharetta, GA

Location Alpharetta, GA

Responsibilities

Review functional stories, epics, and technical design documents to identify testing scope.

Provide test estimates in alignment with Agile development processes.

Author and maintain test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test results, and test summary reports and review with cross‑functional teams.

Develop and execute test automation suites using Selenium WebDriver for functional testing and JMeter for performance/load testing.

Perform integration testing using APIs and User Interfaces (UI).

Maintain and monitor automated testing jobs in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) models.

Conduct thorough root‑cause analysis and develop regression testing scenarios for defects.

Log and track defects to closure in Jira.

Work on testing process improvements for new and existing products to improve defect containment on customer releases.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in software development.

Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the stated fields and at least five (5) years of software development experience is acceptable.

Required experience includes Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and JMeter, API and UI testing, CI/CD practices, industry best practices for software testing, programming languages such as Java and SQL, and knowledge of REST API, JSON, XML, asynchronous communication, sockets, Kafka, and monitoring tools such as Kibana or Elasticsearch.

Proficiency with Jira for defect management and Agile project tracking.

Experience with test data configuration and planning for functional, system integration, end‑to‑end, and volume performance testing using automation and simulation tools.

Approximately 10% domestic travel required.

Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.

Additional Information

Hours: 40 hours per week
