Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restoration Project Manager based in Austin, TX. In this position, the Restoration Project Manager will oversee and manage property restoration projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing restoration crews, conducting inspections, supervising progress, and ensuring compliance with required safety and quality standards. The manager will also frequently interact with clients to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
Qualifications
Experience in expeditor tasks and expediting to ensure timely project execution
Strong project management skills to coordinate, plan, and oversee restoration activities
Proficiency in inspection and quality control to ensure standards are met
Expertise in logistics management to handle the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel efficiently
Excellent communication and leadership skills to build client relationships and lead teams effectively
Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address challenges and implement solutions during projects
Relevant certifications in project management or restoration are a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
