Stocking Team Supervisor – Walmart
Location: Walmart Supercenter #2662, 313 THACKER AVE, COVINGTON, VA, 24426, US
Base Pay Range $19.00/hr – $32.00/hr
Hourly wage: $19.5 – $32.5 per hour
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks and stock new freight.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.
Ensure safety compliance when handling heavy loads.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a stocking or warehouse role.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Forklift certification or ability to learn quickly.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
