The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Development Manager to own end‑to‑end new product development, from concept through launch. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role partnering directly with the Founder and cross‑functional leaders to bring clinically substantiated, commercially viable products to market.
This role is ideal for an experienced beauty product developer who blends cosmetic chemistry expertise, strong execution, and sound business judgment.
What you’ll do
Lead new product development from early concept through commercialization.
Partner with the Founder to shape the product pipeline and translate vision into viable product concepts.
Drive formulation development, testing, scale‑up, and manufacturing readiness with external labs and partners.
Own clinical testing and claims substantiation to ensure scientific rigor and defensible claims.
Conduct competitive research, ingredient innovation analysis, and consumer testing.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to support successful launches.
Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive clear mitigation plans.
What we are looking for
7+ years of product development experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care.
Strong cosmetic chemistry background with hands‑on formulation experience.
Proven track record bringing products from concept to launch.
Deep experience with clinical testing, claims substantiation, and regulatory collaboration.
Experience working directly with external labs, manufacturers, and claims agencies.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple timelines.
Clear communicator who can translate science into action.
