HR Manager (Hybrid – Greater Philadelphia Area) We are partnering with a boutique investment firm in the King of Prussia area to identify a hands‑on, highly organized HR Manager. This is a hybrid role supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and serving as the primary HR partner to employees and people leaders.

What You’ll Do HR Operations & Compliance

Own day‑to‑day HR administration, HRIS maintenance, and employee record accuracy

Manage HR workflows, documentation, reporting, and process consistency

Support policy updates, handbook maintenance, and multi‑state compliance

Benefits & Payroll Coordination

Oversee employee benefits administration and annual renewal support

Partner cross‑functionally to ensure payroll accuracy and timely compensation updates

Coordinate annual enrollment activities and related employee communications

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Coordinate recruiting efforts and hiring logistics, leveraging external partners as needed

Prepare offer documentation, manage background checks, and coordinate approvals

Lead onboarding administration, HRIS setup, and new‑hire documentation

Employee Relations & Performance Support

Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and issue resolution

Support performance management processes, documentation, and sensitive matters (as needed)

Manage offboarding processes and related communications

Compensation & Employee Experience

Support annual compensation processes and related reporting/materials

Help drive employee experience initiatives, touchpoints, and engagement efforts

Manage external HR vendor relationships as needed

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred

10+ years of progressive HR experience with hands‑on responsibility across benefits, HR operations, and multi‑state compliance

Strong communication skills and sound judgment; professional, approachable, and discreet

Detail‑oriented with excellent documentation and follow‑through

HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency; interest in leveraging AI tools
