What You’ll Do As our Regional Director, you’ll be the heartbeat of our before/after‑school and camp programs, ensuring they’re safe, enriching, and inspiring. You’ll lead with vision, manage with care, and build a culture of excellence across multiple sites.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing youth programs and teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience working in underserved communities.
Meets VA licensing requirements for site supervision.
Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all programs meet licensing standards and maintain accurate records.
Hire, train, and mentor center directors and site coordinators.
Regularly visit sites to assess quality and support staff.
Lead data collection efforts (e.g., attendance, behavior, surveys).
Build strong relationships with school administrators and community partners.
Manage budgets with precision and transparency.
