The Helpdesk Analyst provides technical assistance, support and advice to end users; this entails investigating and resolving computer software and hardware issues.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to resolve end user issues utilizing remote tools
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Experience with the removal of viruses and/or malware
Windows (Windows 7 and above), Smartphones (Android, IOS etc.); 2‑3yrs. experience
MS Office (2010 and above); 2‑3 years exp.
