We are seeking anArchitectural Designer with 2–4 years of professional experienceand a strong interest infurniture and interior designto join our studio in person at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
This role supports the studio partners and plays an active part in the development and delivery of projects, from early design through documentation and execution.
Responsibilities
Design development across architecture, interiors, and custom furniture
FF&E selection, specification, and scheduling
Drawing production and coordination using AutoCAD and Rhino
Visualization using D5
Coordination with consultants and fabricators
Assisting with budget tracking and project organization
Acting as a point of contact with clients under partner direction
Clear communication via email, phone, and presentations (InDesign)
Qualifications
2–4 years of professional experience in architecture or interior architecture
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and D5
Experience with FF&E, interiors, and material research
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative
Comfortable working independently on defined scopes with guidance from senior staff
Interest in craft, furniture, and material-driven design
