Position Overview We have an opening for a new Pipeline Integrity Manager at Aegeus Solutions! This is a full time position with benefits, 401K and a lucrative bonus program! Come join our team and be a part of our growth!

The main duties include:

Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these can be met by specific pipeline integrity solutionsand services; secure contracts with new customers.

Schedule and manage work requirements and crews to ensure timely and accurate client service based on technician skillset and client need

Responsible for quoting jobs accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer requirements and company profitability goals

Work with the Vice President to develop, lead, and execute operational growth plans through location, client, and market expansion, meeting profitability and growth expectations

Provide guidance to resolve operational problems as required and needed

Manage the business by effectively using sales reports, departmental/location profit and loss statements, and monthly financials; develop specific actions directly related to business results and growth

Ensure operational excellence for pipeline integrity by measuring key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, growth strategy achievement, and service delivery expectations

Attend tradeshows and industry events to build client relationships, learn about new technology, and to continue to adapt to industry trends to service our clients better.

Consistently and effectively communicate company objectives and updates to all staff

Education and Work Experience

5+ years of experience in a supervisory / management role

5+ years of experience in a management position with profit and loss responsibilities.

7+ years of experience in the oil and gas service industry, specifically the non-destructive testing industry, with a focus on pipeline integrity.

A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and key field operations metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Certificates and Licenses Required

Valid driver's license and the ability tot drive company vehicles.
