We’re looking for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional quality everyday people who anticipate customer needs and create solutions that not only meet today’s challenges but pave the way for tomorrow. What you'll do:
Perform residential fiber installations Follow all safety rules and regulations Assist other technicians as needed Maintain a positive, professional appearance and communicate company products/services effectively Demonstrate reliability (on time, prepared, and available for on-call work) Ask relevant questions to ensure quick problem resolution and clarify instructions Perform other duties as assigned What you'll need:
Reliable vehicle
(truck, van, or SUV) capable of transporting tools, equipment, and a 28’ ladder (ladder rack preferred). Personal tools
required, including drills, standard telecom hand tools, an Android smartphone, and a Windows 10 laptop. PPE required:
lace‑up boots with a ½" defined heel, hard hat, reflective vest, fall resistor, and safety cones (additional items may be required by local management). Physical requirements:
comfortable working up to 25’ heights and able to lift up to 80 lbs. Schedule flexibility:
must be able to work varying shifts, mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays. Clearances:
must pass a background check and drug test and maintain a clean driving record.
