Role Specifics and Benefits As an OR Tech, you’ll be at the heart of the surgical team. Core responsibilities include:
scrubbing and circulating support, maintaining a sterile field, passing instruments, assisting with draping, positioning patients, and conducting instrument counts with the surgical team to prevent retention or loss.
helping prepare and organize supplies, anticipating instrument needs, and supporting anesthesia teams and surgeons to promote efficient, safe, and accurate procedures.
documenting perioperative activities, coordinating with circulating nurses, and ensuring equipment integrity and readiness for next cases.
In addition to competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,929 to $2,102, the package includes a bonus opportunity, housing assistance to ease relocation, and extension opportunities to continue your assignments if you choose.
