Hardware and software products are increasingly subject to successful cyberattacks, leading to an estimated global annual cost of cybercrime of €5.5 trillion by 2021. Such products suffer from two major problems: a low level of cybersecurity, reflected by widespread vulnerabilities and inconsistent provision of security updates, and an insufficient understanding and access to operational information by users. To improve the aforementioned products, cybersecurity should be addressed during product development, assessed prior to product launching and monitored and patched during operation We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and driving the continuous improvement of internal processes. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with production, procurement, logistics, and management to ensure that products and services meet established standards. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System and applicable sector standards, conducting regular reviews. Define quality policies, objectives, and plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Ensure the organization maintains its quality certifications through continuous review and improvement activities. Establish quality standards, procedures, and protocols for processes, products, and services. Oversee compliance with applicable national and international legal and regulatory requirements. Analyze non-conformities, define corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness. Plan and coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits. Requirements

University degree in a technical or related discipline (engineering, sciences, or similar). Previous experience of at least 3–5 years in quality management roles. Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and management systems. Proficiency in office tools and quality management software. Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement orientation.
