Multiple Technical Positions – TSS Program
Location: Charleston, SC or Norfolk, VA Employment Type: Full-Time Security Clearance: Minimum Secret Clearance required, TS or TS/SCI desired.
Available Positions : We are currently hiring for the following roles, and we encourage applicants with relevant experience in any of the following areas to apply:
WAN Administrator
Windows/Active Directory Engineer
Product Owner
Technical Writer
RHEL Systems Administrator
Additional Roles
(Depending on program needs)
Job Description : These positions will support the TSS Program’s IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management, cloud solutions, and various technical services. As a team member, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance. These roles are essential to supporting the ongoing success of mission‑critical operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure the seamless operation, security, and performance of IT systems and networks
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems and network solutions
Maintain and update infrastructure documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues efficiently
Support the development and implementation of cloud‑based and virtualization solutions
Assist with the administration of Windows, Linux, and cloud environments
Manage and enhance Active Directory and Windows Server environments
Write technical documents, user manuals, and help guides as necessary
Participate in project planning, task prioritization, and timeline management (for Product Owner roles)
Develop solutions to improve system scalability, reliability, and security
Participate in ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security requirements
Qualifications :
Experience working with DoD or similar government clients is preferred
Relevant technical experience in one or more of the following:
WAN/Network Administration
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Windows/Active Directory Administration
Systems Engineering (RHEL, Linux, or Windows environments)
Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Technical Writing
Product Ownership/Project Management in a technical environment
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain a Secret Clearance, TS/SCI may be required
