Responsibilities
Senior Systems Specialist for Oracle EBusiness Systems, release R12.2.10 with strong knowledge of APEX, JAVA, OAF, PL/SQL, SQL, Web‑ADI, & Workflow development.
Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EAM, SCM & INV modules.
Support business users, participate in change management, deliver service and customer satisfaction.
Technical development and administration of all EAM, SCM & INV modules.
Assist/Backfill for EAM, INV & SCM eBusiness suite modules.
Design, develop, and implement applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues; work with Oracle Support to resolve Service Requests.
Collaborate with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements.
Apply industry‑accepted project management principles throughout project life cycle.
Coordinate end‑user acceptance testing, change management, issue management, problem escalation, and resolution.
Configure, test, and implement configurable components of Oracle E‑Business Suite.
Maintain system and business knowledge to support users and technical teams.
Complete required Change Management tasks and SOX control requirements.
Maintain and document customizations/extensions.

Oracle E‑Business Suite: R12.2.10
Oracle RDBMS: 12c on 64‑bit Linux
Oracle Developer tools: APEX, JAVA, OAF, PL/SQL, SQL, Web‑ADI, Workflow
Toad, SQL*Plus
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience customizing applications using OAF.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work on‑site.
5+ years in IT, specifically application development and support.
3‑5 years with Oracle E‑Business Suite, preferred modules EAM, Inventory, SCM.
3‑5 years with Oracle Development Tools, preferred APEX, JAVA, OAF, PL/SQL, SQL, Web‑ADI, Workflow.
Experience with Oracle 12.2.10 preferred.
Preferable degree in Computer Science, MIS or CIS.
Thorough understanding of Oracle's technical objects, Application Object Library, SOA.
Experience in development, implementation, production support, upgrades.
Capability to fulfill multiple roles (Business Analyst & Developer).
Willingness to pursue management‑directed goals and objectives.
Customer‑focused, team‑oriented attitude.
Troubleshooting skills and solution recommendations.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stressful situations.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
