Job Overview
The IT Technical Support Partner is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on a wide variety of installed software and hardware. The technical support analyst provides consultation, training, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving to all internal and external users before and after a product purchase. This support role is primarily responsible for supporting Office and Production environment employees for hardware, firmware, software and services. Potential hardware includes typical corporate IT (PCs, Laptops, Printers), but may also include RF/Barcode scanners, label printers, network troubleshooting, VPN, and network connectivity.
Locations & Travel Will support the following locations. Travel is minimal; must be able to drive to the following sites:
Oklahoma City
Broken Arrow
Springfield
Little Rock
Jonesboro
Springdale
Skills & Qualifications CompTIA A+ or Network+ is nice to have.
Experience Level Intermediate Level
Contract Position & Location This is a contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay Range $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
