Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. You will act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team you will drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Schedule Requirements
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
Supervisor/managerial experience not required.
Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.
Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness, adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance.
Poise & ambition, multi‑tasking, applied learning, work ethic.
