Duties & Responsibilities Working closely with Systems Integrators to align on work items Developing goals and tracking issues Creating and maintaining project management and risk management plans Maintaining project artifacts: Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and project managers. Acting as a liaison between MetroPlusHealth stakeholders and our Systems Integrators Providing oversight of our Systems Integrators and vendors Assessing opportunities and deliverables Conducting regular project meetings: Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication and coordination among project team members, including developers, administrators, and business users. This can involve scheduling meetings, and distributing project-related information. Guiding and mentoring the team to achieve project outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or a related technical discipline; and 4 years of experience in project coordination of small and large-scale IT projects; or A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
