Qualifications
Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain accuracy in documentation
Experience in mediation, collaborative law, or family law procedures
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the state of Michigan
Prior experience in family law is highly preferred
