Description Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst who is local to Lansing, Michigan, and able to work onsite with the customer at their office two days per week, with additional onsite presence as needed. This role is not phone-based support; instead, the individual will work primarily directly with the customer in person when onsite, and via email.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working hands‑on with the customer. Experience writing queries in a relational database is required, along with experience supporting or participating in testing activities.
This position is expected to begin as a contract‑to‑hire role, with a planned conversion rate of $65,000

Resolves all documented issues plus moderately complex or partially documented problems
Escalates highly technical or unfamiliar issues to TSA III or engineering
Proactively researches solutions using documentation, tools, and internal resources
Executes and adapts test cases for patches, enhancements, and bug fixes
Validates fixes for both functionality and data accuracy
Consistently presents a polished, professional image
Adapts tone and communication style to suit technical and non‑technical audiences
Writes intermediate SQL queries and validates application data
Uses log files and basic scripting to troubleshoot mid‑level issues
Proficient in application troubleshooting and familiar with VMS, FTP, HTML/XML, and networking basics
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
