Manufacturing Hourly Position
Smith's Food & Drug Centers is looking for empowered individuals to join our team. In this role, you will perform duties safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy.

Responsibilities
Participate in and actively support all plant initiatives.
Clean equipment properly and promptly to ensure safe, quality products.
Follow all safety procedures, including wearing all required personal protective equipment.
Operate and maintain the assigned machine and related equipment to meet daily orders.
Follow standard work for the assigned machine and standard work processes.
Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Actively participate in Total Process Control activities.
Work around ingredients and/or finished products known to contain food allergens.
Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
Be accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Entry‑level background.
Full‑time availability.
