Location: Horsham, PA | Salary: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00
The Greene, Tweed Rotation Engineering Development Program is a two‑year technical development program that provides entry‑level engineers with direct experience in a variety of engineering roles within the engineering and operations teams. During the program, new engineers are exposed to different product lines, job functions, and business processes, preparing them for a technical placement upon completion.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Execute a total of four six‑month assignments in accordance with departmental manager’s expectations, soliciting support and technical direction from the Site Coordinator, Mentor, and/or peers as appropriate.
Provide periodic report‑outs to the Executive Management team, including results achieved, impact to business, and lessons learned.
Support continuous improvement efforts of the site, including completion of Lean/Six Sigma training as required by the business.
Periodically attend training based on assignment plan requirements and/or soft‑skill development needs.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications: BS degree in an engineering discipline (or regional equivalent).
U.S. Person status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). A U.S. Person includes U.S. citizens, nationals, lawful permanent residents, and workers granted refugee or asylum status in the United States.
Skills and Experience
0–2 years of internship or co‑op engineering experience desired.
Basic understanding of engineering practices, design methods, and calculations.
Ability to read, interpret, and prepare applicable technical information, and to suggest design/process changes to ensure simple, functional, and cost‑effective results.
Strong learning agility and communication skills.
