Shift: Full Time, Varied.
How You'll Contribute
Perform basic patient care activities as delegated including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.
Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and eating.
Report abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Assist with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
Perform clerical duties aligned with nursing station activities.

Qualifications and Requirements Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Must obtain BLS within 30 days of hire and an AZ CNA or LNA license on hire.
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competency: EKG interpretation within 90 days.
Required Skills Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, and to act appropriately in stressful environments.
