Job Description The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. You will provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving performance through customer experience and daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule varies weekly; expect at least 12–16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and certain holidays.
During peak periods, hours will increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Retail experience: At least 1 year (preferred).
Supervisor/managerial experience not required.
Skills: Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction, fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, poise & ambition, multi‑tasking, applied learning, work ethic, omni‑channel services.
