Job Description Perform as the Cloud Technical SME Lead, driving a cloud team to transform the client’s on‑premises environment to Microsoft Azure and M365. The role ensures the project stays within scope, schedule, and budget while delivering robust cloud solutions.
Define and deliver on the cloud architecture, approach, and strategy.
Interface with program and client leadership, SMEs, and Project Managers to ensure clear communication and definition of cloud solutions.
Design, architect, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions.
Execute migration of data from on‑premises or legacy systems to the cloud.
Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues.
Conduct risk assessments and identify technical requirements.
Manage project timelines.
Recommend opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs during and after migration.
Provide post‑migration support and address arising issues.
Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
Implement security and compliance policies.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
Ensure seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
Experience: 15+ years of related experience.
Security clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
