Akkodis is seeking a

System Administrator

for a

Contract

with a client in

Richmond, VA . You will oversee and maintain SailPoint IIQ environment, ensuring system performance and compliance with identity governance policies.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

System Administrator job responsibilities include:

Oversee and maintain the SailPoint IIQ environment, ensuring system availability, performance, and scalability.

Manage identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews, while enforcing governance policies and workflows.

Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user provisioning, RBAC, and identity governance, performing root cause analysis for recurring problems.

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR) and support audit reporting.

Develop and maintain workflows, rules, and automation scripts to optimize identity management processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

4–6 years of hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in integrating SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Proven ability to manage identity lifecycle operations, troubleshoot provisioning issues, and implement governance workflows aligned with compliance standards (SOX, GDPR).

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
