Role Summary The GTM Engineer is a technical operator embedded within OH.io's GTM Pods, reporting to the Director of RevOps. This role designs, integrates, and optimizes the sales and marketing tech stack to accelerate pipeline creation, shorten sales cycles, and drive repeatable growth for OH.io and its portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and maintain the next-generation AI GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, data enrichment, analytics).

Pilot and deploy AI tools that support sales development, demand generation, and forecasting.

Build and automate workflows across sales and marketing systems to improve lead flow and conversion.

Integrate third‑party tools and APIs to ensure data accuracy and system connectivity.

Partner with RevOps, SDRs, AEs, and marketing specialists inside Pods to enable seamless execution.

Create dashboards and reporting that track KPIs, pipeline health, and GTM performance.

Provide hands‑on technical support to portfolio companies during onboarding and scaling.

Qualifications

Experience in GTM operations, RevOps engineering, or sales tech implementation.

Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS go-to-market systems (e.g., Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, 6sense).

Hands‑on skills with data integration and automation (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or custom APIs).

Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar for data analysis preferred.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in a high‑growth or startup environment.
