We are searching for an experienced Data Center Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts for Subzero Engineering’s Mission Critical Environments product line. This role is responsible for driving growth across the Northeast U.S. territory, including Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, Maryland, and West Virginia. The ideal candidate must reside in one of the states listed above.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Directly develop business in Northeast States by meeting with end‑users, design‑build contractors, architects, and educating/supporting local dealers/installers.

Manage and support dealer/installer network, develop new dealers and representatives, and forecast sales for the region using input from representatives, dealers and construction databases.

Hands‑on: assist with onsite technical or installation support and onsite inspections.

Create scopes of work and specifications to meet customers’ requirements.

Communicate clearly with customers and design team via email, proposals and phone.

Required Experience

40–50% travel to support local dealers, educate architects and end users, visit job sites, and attend training/meetings at corporate offices.

Proficient typing and computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel.

Background with EPR systems (Infor).

Ability to learn Salesforce/CRM, Dodge and CAD viewing programs.

Attend regional trade shows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3 to 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably with data centers.

Must live within the designated territory.
