Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking an onsite Sensor Resource Manager Expert to join our team at Langley AFB, VA in support of the U.S. Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Signals Intelligence Field Support (DSFS).
What You Will Do
Manage multiple airborne sensor processes simultaneously to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites, networks, and systems.
Provide updates to sensor resources management processes.
Manage and support multiple airborne SIGINT sensors and networks, including troubleshooting and recommending updates to CICS, GCP (CETS, MSCS, RIM, SEAM, and SDE) software and networks.
Respond to incident tickets and monitor network connections between SIGINT sensors and ground equipment.
Perform comprehensive analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for SIGINT systems and networks related to ground components and end‑to‑end sensor paths.
Act as SME for SIGINT and network sustainment during system upgrades and provide process improvements.
Manage data encryption changes and implementation and support post‑upgrade SW/HW efforts in accordance with tech data, TTPs, and OIs.
Ensure system readiness and perform pre‑mission tasks such as system reboots and ground rings.
Document issues, submit incident tickets, perform SW maintenance, and complete end‑to‑end mission debriefs.
Qualifications You Must Have
10 years of DCGS experience.
10 years of Information System Security Management experience.
Typically a STEM degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
Current DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II or IAM Level I certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, CAP).
Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer
DoD 8570.1 IASAE Level I certification (e.g., CASP+, CISSP).
