Compensation:

$130,000-150,000

Billable Hours:

1,750 annually

JD from accredited school

4 years of experience in NJ Family Law

Litigation and courtroom experience

Current NJ license in good standing

With a focus on compassionate representation and innovative solutions, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview We are looking for a full-time Family Law Attorney to handle a diverse caseload of family law matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in New Jersey family law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues during challenging times in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and adoption cases

Conduct client consultations and provide expert legal advice on family law issues

Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings

Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions

Negotiate settlements and draft settlement agreements

Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in family law legislation and case law

Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Participate in Mandatory Economic Mediation sessions as required by New Jersey courts

Utilize the NJ Child Support Guidelines Worksheet to calculate and negotiate child support arrangements

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Contribute to the firm's marketing efforts and business development initiatives
