Attorney – Construction Litigation (Las Vegas, NV)
The Las Vegas, NV office of Lewis Brisbois is actively seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) year of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Construction defect experience is preferred, and admission to the Nevada Bar is required.
Lewis Brisbois’ Construction Litigation Practice is staffed by nearly 80 construction‑law attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across numerous construction‑law areas. The group provides defense for a wide variety of property and personal‑injury claims, for both businesses and individuals who may be insured or self‑insured. While our attorneys are equipped to handle many matters, we excel in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. Our partners and senior associates are seasoned trial attorneys with broad experience, and our team has been recognized by the National Law Journal for attaining a “Top Ten Defense Verdict of the Year.”
