What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify and reach out to emerging talent across various platforms and communities
Conduct cold outreach to persuade creators to join and thrive on the platform
Stay informed on creator trends, rising influencers, and cultural moments
Guide new creators through the onboarding process to ensure a successful start on the platform
Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to address challenges and promote creator development
What is Required (Qualifications):
Fully fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written)
Demonstrated interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management
Strong understanding of the creator economy and passion for livestreaming and internet culture
Determination to identify and bring new creators to the platform
Desire to support and grow emerging creators within the community
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator, with knowledge of live streaming tools and software
Established relationships with a variety of content creators across multiple platforms
Familiarity with the latest content trends on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
