Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our boutique law firm in Towson, MD. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in either Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Transactions and Contracts, and Estate Planning. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support, managing a diverse caseload, and delivering strategic legal solutions to our clients.
Pay Range Base pay: $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and representation in construction law matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance with regulations.
Handle commercial litigation cases, including preparing for trial, managing discovery, and advising clients on potential outcomes.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate transactions and contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
Assist clients in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and advising on tax implications and asset protection strategies.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Maryland State Bar and in good standing.
Proven experience in construction law, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, and estate planning.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exhibiting professional integrity.
