We are seeking a Litigation Secretary for a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Litigation Secretary will manage a wide range of responsibilities such as preparing legal documents, handling court filings, calendaring, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to attorneys. The role also entails proficiently navigating court systems, ensuring timely filing of case‑related documents, and managing case‑related deadlines and schedules.
Qualifications
Experience in Law and understanding of legal terminology
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and knowledge of best practices
Familiarity with Legal Assistants duties, including supporting attorneys administratively
Expertise in Calendaring and managing court schedules
Knowledge of Courts procedures, filing systems, and protocols
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools
