6+ years of relevant experience and credentials/skills
Experience with Insurance Defense clients
Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation
Ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement or trial
Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
Active Pennsylvania Bar license (required)
Active New Jersey Bar or ability to transfer UBE scores (preferred)
Ability to waive into the New Jersey Bar (ideal)
